Ms. T and some Form 8 during her last 4th degree belt test

Ms. T was on fire during her 4th degree belt test this April 15th.  Demonstrating Long Form 8, a knife form performed with live edge blades, is one of the criteria for earning your next rank.  

And probably because Mike deserved it, a well placed stomp to the groin was clearly in order...
